Your Role:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Technology, your responsibilities involve generating new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in delivering customised solutions for our clients, aligning skilled candidates with their ideal employers.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively initiating business development calls with the ability to drive new business opportunities for developing a successful temp desk within the technology sector, focusing on contract recruitment.
• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from shortlisting to extending job offers.
• Proficiency in initiating cold client calls for new business development and conducting face-to-face client meetings.
• Collaborating within a dedicated team committed to hard work.
• Outstanding abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.
• A well-established network or the drive to build one.
• Capability to engage in reverse marketing for job seekers.

Skills and Experience

• 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment with at least 2-3 years focused on building and managing a temp desk or contract recruitment in the technology sector.
• Proven track record of developing new business and meeting revenue targets in a recruitment environment.
• Strong understanding of the tech industry and the ability to quickly assess the technical skills of contractors.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities at a high level.
