Your Role:

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Operations, your responsibilities involve generating new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in delivering customised solutions for our clients, aligning skilled candidates with their ideal employers.

About You:

• 3-5 years’ experience in agency recruitment.
• Proactively initiating business development calls with the ability to drive new business opportunities.
• Experience in building and nurturing long-term working relationships.
• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from shortlisting to extending job offers.
• Proficiency in initiating cold client calls for new business development and conducting face-to-face client meetings.
• Collaborating within a dedicated team committed to hard work.
• Advanced proficiency in problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities at a high level.
• Outstanding abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.
• A well-established network or the drive to build one.
• Capability to engage in reverse marketing for job seekers.
