About the role

We are currently retained by our established client, who is Australian owned SAAS business with significant international customer base, who are now looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation in the next phase of growth and transformation. Our client is a leading provider of a range of quality innovative web solutions for the construction and facility management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be a key member of the Executive Board, responsible for the development and implementation of the domestic and international growth strategy, as well as the steward for the platform development over the next five years. You will be an expert at translating complex strategies into simple, yet effective annual plans easily communicated to the greater team. This is an exciting opportunity to own the business plan and drive the strategy and culture of the organisation.

• You will be expected to travel overseas to oversee our offshore operations and to grow these subsidiaries in line with the business plans.
• You will be responsible for managing the resources of the company to achieve its objectives and demonstrate the highest levels of Corporate Governance and Probity in all your actions.
• You will need to manage the company’s risks (both operational and financial) and ensure proper assessment and mitigation actions are identified and implemented.

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

• Qualifications and experience in senior leadership roles in the Construction and / or web-based FM / Construction industries.
• Strong financial management expertise, with strong P&L management experience.
• Strong sales management experience domestically, as well as internationally.
• A client focused approach to service delivery and be able to sell your team and the company to others.
• A sound understanding and proven experience in high level deal making, value pricing and contract administration.
• Ideally possess an understanding of the Cloud based IT environment and the trends that are emerging in our market sectors.
• Proven track record in seeking and managing successful investment partners to deliver exceptional global growth.
• Ideally possess a senior network in the Construction or Real Estate sectors.
