Your Role: 

This exciting opportunity reports to the Director of Supply Chain and Operations and involves involves collaborating closely with the within a well-established network of clients developed over a decade.

  • Learn and understand recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. 
  • Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. 
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles. 
  • Support senior consultants in managing client relationships and understanding client requirements. 
  • Assist with coordinating interviews between candidates and clients and provide feedback to both parties. 
  • Learn to negotiate job offers and terms of employment with candidates and clients. 
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate and client records in the recruitment database. 
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance recruitment skills. 
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify recruitment opportunities. 
  • Contribute to achieving team targets and objectives, striving for continuous improvement and excellence in recruitment practices. 

Ideally, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 12 months of experience in agency recruitment or any sales related role, complemented by a degree in Supply Chain or a related field. This background provides a strong foundation for success in this position by offering practical knowledge of candidate sourcing, client engagement, and negotiation techniques, along with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain principles.
