The Role

We are actively searching for a sales leader driven by results, who possesses a proven track record in expanding, scaling, and nurturing sales teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish a legacy of which you can take immense pride.

Our client is looking for an individual who has successfully navigated this journey before, someone adept at cultivating and leading sales professionals to achieve business revenue objectives while consistently delivering an exceptional 5-star customer experience.

The company navigates the intricacies of logistics and delivery, ensuring a streamlined and hassle-free experience for customers throughout the growing region.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to are as follows:

You will take charge of the revenue growth function, assuming ownership of the entire process. Your responsibilities will encompass setting strategic direction, implementing comprehensive training programs, providing mentorship, and meticulously measuring results. Your expertise will play a crucial role in propelling our company to new heights of success.

In this role, you will lead the Sales team by creating a positive and sales-focused culture and delivering profitable growth within the business.

  • Work closely and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor team.
  • Monitor and identify sales trends and analysis of sales forecasts with a focus on increasing profitability.
  • Business Development.
  • Strategic planning and organising of future sales.
  • Build sales knowledge and capability of your team.
  • Contribute to the business financial performance through labour management, profitable sales, inventory management, and expenses.

About You:

  • Possess a background in leading sales teams and managing sales professionals at a leadership level.
  • Have accumulated 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role ideally in a sales environment.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to work autonomously while maintaining consistent collaboration with colleagues on a national scale.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Utilise expertise to effectively promote products to customers.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Must be available to start at 6:30am.
  • Based in the Southwestern Suburbs of Sydney including Wollongong.
