Technical Account Manager

Job Overview

Occulus International is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in Parramatta, New South Wales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Developing account plans for a portfolio of assigned customers/ accounts
  • Generating opportunities from your assigned accounts that are focused on Managed Services / Re-occurring Revenue
  • Working with the pre-sales team on IT Projects/Upgrade opportunities
  • Developing positive relationships with clients
  • Acting as an escalated point of contact to quickly resolve customer’s concerns
  • Meeting or exceeding sales target and revenue goals for assigned accounts

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a sales account manager in IT Industry / MSP’s
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • An ability to respond to customer’s inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software
