• Develops construction procedures based on project specifications, schedules, and staffing needs.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Orders tools and materials according to construction schedules, ensuring timely delivery projects
• Inspects work in progress to verify adherence to specifications and schedules.
• Prepares progress reports detailing materials used, costs, and project advancement.

What You Will Need:

• Trade or tertiary certificate in construction with 3 years of experience, preferably in renewal or fit outs for supermarkets.
• Strong verbal and written skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficient in probability, geometry, trigonometry, and practical applications like fractions and percentages.
• Skilled in defining problems, analysing data, and drawing valid conclusions in construction contexts.
• Holds essential certifications (White Card, First Aid, Class 1a driver’s license), physically capable of demanding tasks in various environments with proper PPE.
