Our client, a global leader in voice communication technology is looking for a Sales Manager (APAC) to be based in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong or Malaysia to drive business growth, selling advanced AI-first Contact Center solution designed for Microsoft Teams. This role involves both independent sales initiatives and collaboration with regional enterprise sales managers across APAC.

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager (APAC), you will be responsible for proactively hunting for new sales opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects, independently developing strategic sales and assisting regional sales managers in closing deals in organising marketing initiatives for lead generation with channel partners.

Skills Required 

  • 3 + years’ experience in direct sales within the contact center industry.
  • Creative, independent, and resourceful with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with consultative selling style with a focus on teamwork, trust, and openness.
