Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience and proficiency in mechanical fitting, including fitting and assembly-related tasks to quality standards.
  • Ability to use and manage maintenance systems effectively, including logging and completing tasks to the timeline
  • Skilled in reading pneumatic schematics, performing fault-finding, and making modifications safely and efficiently.
  • Competence in welding materials using Oxy, Tig, and Mig techniques.
  • Ability to work independently on shifts, and ensure all safety checks are performed

Qualification Requirements:

  • Australian Recognised Trade Qualification as a Mechanical Fitter.
  • Experience with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) software, especially in plant maintenance, inventory management, and procurement modules.
  • Demonstrated capability in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, including interpreting technical diagrams and using diagnostic tools.
  • Full Australian Working Rights are required.
