Our client, a global leader in voice communication technology is looking for a Field Application Engineer (APAC) to be based in Australia, Singapore or Malaysia to provide exceptional technical support and professional services to their diverse client base.

Role Overview
As a Field Application Engineer, you will be managing problem resolution, including diagnosing issues, liaising with Engineering, and offering solutions and serve as a trusted technical advisor, understanding client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years in Telecom and Enterprise solutions, focusing on voice and unified communications.
  • Knowledge of IP Telephony, Session Border Controllers, VoIP signaling protocols, and Windows/Linux platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Unified Communications technologies (Teams, Skype for Business), Azure & O365.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
