Service Desk Team Lead

We are seeking a passionate Technical Service Desk Team Lead to take responsibility for the day to day service and support operations for a fast growing Managed Service Provider located in Crows Nest. The successful candidate will provide a range of solutions to our customers; from desktop and server technical support, Office365 solutions, and Microsoft Azure through to Internet and Phone solutions.

Key candidate criteria includes:

  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years of similar experience within IT industry, preferably within Managed Service Provider
  • critical thinking and problems solving skills
  • ability to motivate team and mentor junior staff
  • strong analytical skills
  • ability to manage tickets and build reports
