L2 Engineer

As a Field Engineer you will responsible for onsite support, maintenance and basic implementations for customers environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform onsite maintenance and support tasks for clients
  • Installation and configuration of workstations, printers and networking equipment
  • Provide assistance to senior resources for projection implementations
  • You must have strong interpersonal, relationship management and customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • A desire for professional growth and development would suggest a good cultural fit.

 

Requirements/Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within an ICT role (Level 2 equivalent)
  • Previous experience in MSP highly regarded
  • Time management skills, including reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work autonomously, and part of a team
  • Ability to professionally and appropriately communicate
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business
  • Passion to continuously develop knowledge and skills
  • A current Australian drivers’ license

  • Comptia A+, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA or other relevant certifications
