Mervin Chui is a Senior Director at Occulus International, a specialist search organisation providing domestic and international search capability to international blue chip clients across multiple industry sectors.
Holding a Masters in Computer Science and a Degree in Banking & Finance, Mervin started his career in the United Kingdom before moving to Asia (HK/Shanghai/Singapore), in various HR roles across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering and Process Improvement (LEAN Six Sigma).
Following his internal HR career, Mervin quickly developed his career within the executive search industry and now has over 15 years’ of internal HR and executive search experience combined.
Based currently in Singapore and with responsibility for the senior retained search business in Asia – both clients and candidates have come to rely on Mervin’s multicultural experience, his directness and methodical approach to executive search. He forges strong relationships with consistent follow up, attention to detail and his genuine desire to ensure that both candidates and clients are informed every step of the way.
