Keith is an experienced Customer Service Representative with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Davao University located in the Philippines.
With a background in Customer Service and CRM support for a company in North America, Keith has now joined Occulus International and Consortio X as the CRM Administrator.
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, Keith assists the team by effectively cleansing, inputting and maintaining information across multiple platforms; including Salesforce and Invenias. Essentially, Keith is responsible for driving the team’s success through system optimisation.
Keith has a strong work ethic and places importance in continuous improvement, data accuracy and detail which makes him a vital part of our Group’s customer success strategy..
